I apologize if you feel you did not receive adequate callbacks from my office. I have reviewed your file and note a favorable result for you in 2010 and another favorable result for you in January, 2014. I do not have any record of you calling my office after your case was closed in January, 2014. The last we spoke was more than a year before your comment on this page. Based on my experiences with Mr. Troiano he is everything you want in a lawyer until he gets paid. He is timely, responsible, and diligent until you have paid him in entirety. Once he has been paid, you better not have any questions, concerns, or comments regarding your case because you will not hear back from Jason once he has received your payment. I received paper work from Jason stating that "if I have any further questions to feel free to give him a call." That call turned into a series of calls accumulating over two weeks time with no response or care shown by "my lawyer." So why not leave a voicemail with the secretary? I also tried this continuously but to no avail. Thanks for such outstanding work!
