Provided by YP.comWe reported a problem with a defective wheel rim on our All Terran KneeRover plus. Their Customer Service was only willing to replace the defective part as long as we were willing to pay for the replacement part. The attached photo shows the aftermath of the failure of the defective rim that was on our KneeRover.
