Terrible terrible terrible. Despicable.almost electrocuted by faulty water heater old as Lincoln that flooded the smaller than small town home that we ended up having industrial sized fans to sleep with for 4 days. The guy that works for Tommy had no understanding of decency or care for clients. GO elsewhere to avoid being ripped off and ignored.

They have been great, Chip their property manager is super responsive and all their tradespeople have been timely, polite and professional. I really recommend them, plus they understand military renters. We have been with them over 6 months since our PCS and cannot fault them and we have had plenty of mishaps, including a lightening strike and blocked sinks on Christmas Day!

We have just started renting from Tommy. We have nothing but good to say about him and the company. I am excited to be working with such a great company and honest realtor. I look forward to the future with this company and hopefully the purchase of our home.

Pass on renting from this crooked company of thieves. They stole our deposit out right and provided no itemized list of the repairs they were claiming. I considered suing, but my husband said forget it we had too much going on at the time. We were in the middle of a home purchase/move with 2 small children while preparing for his fastly approaching deployment. As a military couple and a prior active duty servicemember, we have rented all over the US with no problems at all. We have always documented with before and after photos and have never had a problem. Lucky for them I didn't sue. II truly believe they would have lost in court, and I would have won double my deposit by GA law. I still really want to sue. How long is the statue of limitations on this? I might just research this...

We rented for 2 years from these people. The house was a complete mess when we moved in, with lots of trash being left behind and many things being wrong with the house. When we moved out, they kept our security deposit and charged us to fix things that were already broken before we moved in. I advise anyone that is considering to rent from them to stay away unless you don't mind loosing money!
