Negative experience.Tax preparer e-filed my returns before I was ready to file my taxes, without my knowledge and without obtaining my signed authorization forms for federal and state returns. Check with BBB. They are not members of BBB as claimed in their ad. Preparer denied error on his part and lied to BBB in official business response to my filed complaint. Preparer fing returns without client knowledge or consent is a violation of IRS mandates and amounts to Tax Preparer Misconduct. Tax service professional was unprofessional, unreliable and untrustworthy.
