How do you call yourself a rib shack when you're always out of ribs?? I've tried to eat here twice, and both times they have been out of most everything. Such a let down.

The food I give it 2 thumbs up, the service is kind of $&%#. It's a walk-in order and find yourself a table if available. Needs more space inside for seating.

The service staff was very rude. My wife tried to order wings all flatsb but was told rudely "we don't do that here". She also inquired about weekly specials, the server rolled her eyes and said no, "we don't do those either ". We recently moved from Locust Grove, where the Shames there is great! We used to go almost every Wednesday for wings, we love em! But it looks like we will have to find somewhere else for our wing Wednesdays.

We love Shanes! They have awesome pulled pork!

Ribs and BBQ are superb! Chicken is OK but why go to a RIB shack for chicken? We eat or take out about once a week since they opened!!
