I would NOT recommend this salon at all! It doesn't even deserve one star. My experience was so incredibly horrible. I went with a friend to get an ombré look. Carrie ( girl that works there) told me that she could do it because she was the queen of color. Well that was a huge LIE. At first she had me chose the color I wanted my ombré. Now I don't know too much about coloring hair but I did know that my hair was going to have to be bleached especially since my hair is naturally very dark. Well the queen of color pretty much just dyed my hair the color I had chosen! When she blow dried it there was NO difference in the color. Even my husband who knows nothing about hair said it looked exactly the same PRIOR to the hair dye. I'm really shy and don't normally speak up but definitely felt the need to this time. She seemed bothered by my complaint because I guess she was trying to leave early. She began to comb my hair from the top, yanking it and being very insensitive. She ended up just bleaching the bottom of my hair.! My hair has never been this damaged in my life. The amount of split ends this "queen of color" caused is truly ridiculous. My husband ended up trimming my hair and even he knew what to do with it more than her! So much for the "queen of color" I cannot stress it enough for people to NOT go there! Save yourselves and your hair people. I have yet to find someone who will really do my hair right here in New York. Sadly that may never happen since I am from California and I do not plan to let anyone experiment with my hair out here. Regardless of how unhappy I was I was still charged over 100 and this does not include a haircut. People please do NOT go there!!!!
