Great people-always friendly and fair. I have had watches repaired, sold jewelry and purchased electronics. Every transactions has always been fair and seamless. Great place to shop for XMas- Bought and XBox and games!!!!

The fat old man that owns this place is as rude as they come. I've never been so condescended toand on top of that, he offered me a low ball offer and said "it's worth what it's worth". Well, it's worth a lot more than what he offered me even in poor condition on ebay! This store is a joke and the people are down right rude. DON'T GO HERE! THEY'RE A RIP OFF!

I needed a short term loan-i was new to the pawn industry. The recession has had our family in some very tight situations. I was happy to get some help and i would consider visiting AA Windy City again-whether it be for pawn services or to buy/sell Jewelry. They were very helpful!
