Please, go somewhere else. There are many other options in the area. When they "forgot" to clean my clothes there was no apology or effort to resolve the situation, the only response from the owner of the location was "what would you like me to do about it, the clothes were not cleaned and will not be cleaned" which, in my opinion, is not the type of attitude and customer care I choose to give my dollars to. I had to go on a business trip with dirty clothes and they could have cared less. I even had to travel to their facility in another city to fetch my own dirty garments. Mistakes are made, that I understand, but the way I was treated was ridiculous and I will not be back. If you need to trust your cleaner, this is not the place to go.
