I've been eating Suchi for over 20 years now and I have to say Kuni's has the highest quality and the best cuts ever. I've been eating there off and on for 18 years, I still try other Sushi bars from time to time to see if anyone can beat Kuni's, but I still walk away telling myself 'I should of gone to Kani's'.



If your looking for the hightlest quality fish with the best cuts you've found the place. As for his prices I would have to say there right in line with other Sushi bars in the chicagoland area of the same scale.



Forget the rest go with the best, Kuni's.

No smoke and mirrors. No pretention. Just great sushi! Kuni-san is truly a master sushi chef and takes his craft with the utmost seriousness. I lived in Japan for three years and I still think Kuni's is on par with any o-sushi-ya that I visited overseas. I highly recommend the Boston tuna and sawara (when available). A nice masu (cup) of Kurosawa sake and you're in culinary heaven. Itadakimasu!!!
