Awful service. Went in there for an alignment and spoke with the "owner", Adil "Sunny" Raja, about a week prior. We agreed on a $50 alignment to my specifications. Got there and had to wait 20 minutes to get my car on the rack for no reason (there was no one else there). Once aligned, he comes up and tells me it's $75 for an alignment. I told him we agreed on $50 and showed him the online conversation where he agreed on the price. He backtracks saying that he thought "my specifications" meant the car's factory specifications. Terrible customer service and the alignment was poor as well. The wheel was about 10 degrees askew ever since I left the alignment shop. Don't waste your money on this place. Shady owner with shady moral ethics.

I have had my Vw serviced multiple times and each time I felt I was quoted a fair price once so I continue to have my car repaired there. I'm unsure about the complaint above but I'm sure there has to be two sides to that story.

Beware! Faulty oil change resulted in a shot engine. Premier Motorwerks won't return my calls or claim any responsibility. Oil plug came loose and oil drained from engine in a matter of minutes. Brand new car now needs a new engine.
