Today, 5/10/17, the young gentleman handeling the two packages I was returning was quite helpful. A young woman, who appeared to be training, walked up in the middle of my conversation with him, telling him what to do, baking orders at him in a demeaning manner. I was a bit confounded by her behavior as I had worked with him many times in the last two weeks and he knew his job and did not appear to need any help from her at all. She interrupted my discussion with him as I was explaining to him what I wanted him to do. She interrupted again and told him to charge me for the envelop. He tried to respond to her, but I intervened asking, "Why are you charging me?" She emphatically replied, "We charge for the envelope." The gentleman and I simoultaneously stated, "She [I]brought in the envelope [herself] myself. She replied, "Oh, I didn't know." , so I intervened again and let her know she kept interrupting and obviously wasn't listening nor observant to me as the customer. She continued to argue with me that she didn't interrupt, nor aware of her terse behavior and rude tone. Nor, was she aware I brought in my own mailing envelop. She continued to argue to make the point she was right. She would not stop talking. I finally interjected, stating, "He knows what he is doing without your help, and let's just move on and let him handle things." She very rudely replied, "Yes, let's just move on." It was clear
From her behavior and affect she was quite irritated. She was clueless, has very poor customer service acqumen, and does not appear to allow the workers to do the job they already know how to do. She appears to be on a "I'm the boss around here trip," She would best serve the company packing boxes rather than up front dealing with customers.
