They are horrible. All I wanted was Internet service and before they would even consider it I had to give them 100 dollars which I didn't like but I know that's the world we live in today. I gave my $100 deposit and was told that I would have to wait a month because they are booked out. So I eagerly waited for the day I would once again have the Internet and finally the day arrived but it was not the Internet I had ordered, not by a long shot. I was supposed to have 25mbps but I had .09mbps. I called tech support and was told someone would get a hold off me the next day. No calls nothing, I called but could not get a human on any number I called. I took the modem to the shop and said I don't want to do anything with this company and I want my money back. I was told I would have to wait 6 to 8 weeks for a check even though I paid cash. This company has absolutely the worst customer support I have ever seen.
