    My wife and I have lived here since 1997. The Management and Maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. It is a quiet family friendly community and well maintained with well lite wide streets. When my son was looking for a place to live, my wife and I suggested Grass Valley. They moved a home into the park in 2014 and like us, have been happy ever since.

    This place states that it is a 55+ community however I happen to know for a fact that it has people below the age of 30 living in it. I also happen to know for a fact that it has nothing but run down mobile homes that they are renting out . The mobile home community it self is a drug filled community numerous residents that live here at Grass valley Mobile home park are meth dealers . If I were a person looking for a decent place to rent this would definitely not be it .
