HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!



I actually live in these apartments right now. I thought that when I first looked at the model and saw all of the renovations to the outside of the apartments, I thought they were great. But now living here for only 3 months, I ABSOLUTELY HATE IT!



1. The maintence SUCKS. They did not throroughly clean my apartment before I moved in or made any repairs that I pointed out in the walk-through. One day, there was a problem with the plumbing of my neighbors apartment. I was sick one day to the point where I was sleeping and didn't want to get out of bed. I heard the doorbell ring and a knock on the door. I tried to ignore it because I felt awful. Next thing I know, someone opens my door and yells angrily, "MAINTENCE!!!!!!!!!!" It scared me half to death. RUDE MAINTENCE PEOPLE!



2. Kitchen is still old and the renovation to it and also the bathroom is HORRIBLE. Caulking job is gaudy, the cabinets are still old, underneath the sink smells like something died, and it just feels GROSS!



3. HUGE BUG PROBLEM!! We have already found about 5 cockroaches in this apartment. And also one out on our balcony. I personally know who the apartment's pest control is through. But still, there should not be this BAD of a bug problem. I am scared to sleep at night because I'm afraid that bugs are crawling on me!



All in all, I made a huge mistake by moving here. I wish I would have taken the time to find a MUCH better apartment. This was the biggest mistake of my life and I will certainly NOT re-new my lease next year!
