We called several different local HVAC Companies for quotes to install new central air, furnace, and humidifier to replace our outdated units. Right away we knew that we would use Brian Schmitt Heating & Cooling for a couple of reasons. Of course the price was a major factor in our decision, but also the friendliness, knowledge, and explanation of our options in terms that we could understand. Also, they did not try to sell us something we did not need, and recommended the best options for the square footage of our home.
The office staff is extremely kind and helpful when you call with questions. I'm a woman, and was having trouble explaining what I was trying to say... but the lady who answered phone was courteous and supportive. She was able to decipher what I was attempting to explain in a professional and gentle manner.
The crew of two that removed our old units and installed all the new were polite, very knowledgeable in their craft, patient enough to answer any questions or resolve any concerns, efficient, easy to get along with, and hard working.
Did I mention our brand new Air Conditioner is WAY more efficient and cools our home like magic? We are in love with it! We are also very eager to see how great our new furnace works in the colder months, and can't wait to see the difference the Aprilaire Humidifier makes!
Prior to this, we had another company that we generally used for our HVAC issues, but now we will without a doubt use Brian Schmitt Heating & Cooling for ALL of our future needs. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone!

Can’t say enough how I was treated . very professional staff. A/C unit went out on a 90 degree day and I was slipped into their busy schedule. Cody was very knowledgeable and friendly and almost felt that I was talking to a friend while he was at my home. Highly recommend Brian Schmitt Heating and Air to anyone and will continue to use these folks for my family’s home.

Came out to our home, and were very nice to deal with. Did a fine job! Very happy with information and professional courtesy. So I believe I can and do highly recommend this company for A+ workmanship.

I would highly recommend Brian schmitt heating and cooling!! Air froze on a very hot night, on call person came at 11pm and fixed it. We decided to get a whole new unit last fall and his team was very prompt and efficient! Great family owned business that will take care of you in an emergency without a doubt!

I cannot give a comment for every other HEATING & AIR BECAUSE I'VE NEVER USED THEM. BUT I CAN GIVE A VERY HIGH RECOMMENDATION TO BRIAN SCHMITT AND HIS TEAM. OUR AIR WENT OUT ONE SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND I CALLED THEM THE NEXT MORNING AND THEY WERE OUT IN ABOUT A HOUR . WE HAD A BAD PROBLEM AND HAD TO REPLACE THE A/C AND DECIDED TO HAVE THEM CHECK THE FURNACE AS WELL, SINCE THEY WERE BOTH PUT IN THE SAME TIME. AND TO SAVE MONEY ON THE FURNACE HAVING TO COME BACK LATER. BRIAN SCHMITT WAS VERY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL IN HELPING MY WIFE AND I DECIDE (AND BELIEVE ME WE HAD A LOT OF QUESTIONS). THERE WAS NO TYPE OF PRESSURE SALES, HE WENT OVER EVERYTHING AND GAVE US THE FINAL DECISION TO MAKE AND WE ARE VERY PLEASED. ON HIS TEAM KEVIN & CODY ROBERT AND WHOMEVER ESLE CAME TO WORK ON THE PROJECT A VERY BIG THANKS, A JOB WELL DONE AND EXTREMELY PROFESIONAL....THE . UNITS LOOK GREAT NO MESS LEFT AROUND AND THEY EVEN CAME OUT TO DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING.

Had one of two furnaces go out. Called Brian Schmitt. Had crew there next day to change it out. Even filled out rebates so all I had to do is mail them. Also gave free 10 year parts and labor warranty after bid. Would recommend this company to anyone. Professional, neat and cleaned up like not even there.
