People that work here are nice and know their product

My rear brakes had gone out, and I needed a repair kit .... Parts guys at Bud's had one in stock they were quick to get me the kit, and added that I may also need new line fittings and cotter key to complete the job... Showed me how it all came apart and fit together... Not just pushing parts across the counter like most places these guys took pride in their job, and really cared... Here is the best part... Do to the fact that I was from out of town working with limited tools " no snap ring tool... punch to remove the pin "... They put it together for me... That kind of service is unheard of today... Thank you Bud's for going above and beyond ...

The best H-D shop I've been in. Friendly, courteous, and prompt service..Service dept. is very informative...David in Parts is my goto guy...Dawn is the greatest..keep up the good work guys.

Took my bike in for the complimentary detail that comes with the purchase of a new bike. I was in a hurry so I hopped on and road away and when I got home (about 3 miles) I parked it and checked it out and came to the conclusion that they pretty much just polished the pipes and wiped the tires. It still had plenty of dirt and grime on it not to mention water spots and even the Starbucks mocha I spilled on the rear fender. Definitely not a service that I would ever pay them for.
