Purchased a used refrigerator from C&D about a month ago.
The gentleman who helped me was very friendly and helped me out with finding exactly what I needed.
I had the fridge delivered to my home, and the delivery man was very friendly. He brought it in and set it all up to make sure it worked, and took my old one away. He said that if I had any problems to let them know right away so they could take care of it.
Refrigerator is still running great!

I bought a used refrigerator. It works well and the price was good. But when I bought it, it had no crisper drawers. He told me he would get some in, but even though I went back several times over the course of about a year, he never had the drawers and didn't seem too concerned.

I was happy with the inital customer service i recieved and the appliance, a side by side refridgerator. I have been using it for a week and have been satisfied. Today however the refridgerator side seems not to be cooling. It is a Saturday evening. I turned up the controlls. If not working by Monday I will be giving him a call. He did give me a 30 day warranty. I will report how the situation is handled. I have faith he will handle it appropriately.
