Provided by YP.comWe had had service with this company for over 4 years. We had a bill that was due on the 6th and made payment on the 19th through our bank with online bill pay. Our trash was supposed to be picked up on the 23rd and they did not pick it up. We switched companies so our trash would be picked up that week and asked DC Disposal for a refund of payment since they bill quarterly. They said they would not refund for the skipped pickup or the 5 remaining pickups that we had paid for. We will not do business with them again. They have shady business practices. Stiffed us out of $22.14
