Like the other review noted, I too have had the 'wait, i'm getting it to the curb' and they come back for it.. and I don't have the personal issues of not paying on time - so can't comment on that. Have been with D C for ~10 years, they do an absolutely great job, As well, Dave is a man of his word. Have spot checked pricing over the years with the others, D C has always come out as the best value - absolutely would recommend to others. If only my cable/internet/phone provider could take a lesson from D C - WOW! that would be great! (pun intended)

We have been with DC Disposal for several years and they are great. Some days my husband goes running out with the trash when we forget and they always wait. When he had a broken arm they helped him pull the cans back to the garage.Always very nice!!!!!

We had had service with this company for over 4 years. We had a bill that was due on the 6th and made payment on the 19th through our bank with online bill pay. Our trash was supposed to be picked up on the 23rd and they did not pick it up. We switched companies so our trash would be picked up that week and asked DC Disposal for a refund of payment since they bill quarterly. They said they would not refund for the skipped pickup or the 5 remaining pickups that we had paid for. We will not do business with them again. They have shady business practices. Stiffed us out of $22.14

I think the gentleman I spoke to was very nice man.. Very helpful with questions that I had.. Highly Recammended..

Very rude and harassing. Customer service is awful!
