I rented from Evansville Homes for Rent for approximately one month. During this time smoke detectors were not provided, I found out that there was a pipe in the backyard leaking raw sewage. When I brought this to their attention, they sent their maintenance worker out to fix it. His idea of fixing the problem, was to cover it with dirt and sand and say it was fixed. When it started pooling around the pipe again, I again called, and again the maintenance worker came out, and tried to convince me that the raw sewage was condensation from the A/C unit which was not in use at the time because it was fall. The maintenance worker as well as the office, started to become rude to me after I told them I was not buying their excuses, and expressed that I was displeased by their failure to fix the problem. I finally had to call Evansville Code Enforcement on them to get out of my lease. I do not recommend renting from this company.

This company is wonderful! The staff is so friendly, helpfull, and caring. They were a huge help when I was looking for what is now my home. Their website offers pictures and video tours; which is HUGE help! It's always easy to get ahold of anyone and anytime i need something fixed they send the maintance man out within one or two business days. I would reccomd the business to anyone and will to continue to use them for as long as I rent.
