I have just moved here and will say the rent per week is reasonably priced. The room is small but for one person that travels lite it's just right. Room was clean and neat. It has Cable TV, Broadband Internet/WiFi, Heat/Air conditioning, Ice machine outside, Tile floors. At night it is very quite, No parties or drunks so you will get rest at this place. The other residents are very friendly and helpful.
