They've been very good to me and my roommate, always there when needed, anytime we had a problem they were immediately helpful and attentive. We have had no problems with Goebel Commercial Realty whatsoever. Our property manager Dedra has been absolutely wonderful in every aspect. Good job to you!

they treat tenants like they are only interested in their money. They use scare tactics, never maintain their properties, and generally behave snobbish when you try to talk to them. It's like even they know their properties are garbage and you must be dirt if you live in one of them. Example: the air vents in my property were blowing dirt and i took off one myself only to discover there is a 6 inch air gap between the pipe and the vent. I also had birds living in the restroom vent. The walls were cracked with plaster peeling and they kept our deposit because i didn't slap another coat of paint over the mold. It's actually in their lease you have to paint before you leave.

Below average customer service and retention. Poorly built and maintained properties..
