She left my bff high and dry just several days before her wedding. She had 16 months to make this custom dress she was paid $4500 to do. It was nothing like it was supposed to be and nowhere close to even being a completed gown. I guess she expected my friend to be ok with it. She also butchered her reception dress. We had 2 days to get another dress. All she had to say was she wanted to make it right. How do you do that??? She had cancelled the final appointment I'm referring to but we told her we needed the dress that day so she met us at 6. She wasn't sick like she said. THE DRESS WAS NO WHERE CLOSE TO DONE!!! Who does this to a bride? Who does this to a customer that is paid in full and signed a contract? She lied the entire time. I asked if she would wear the dress and she couldn't answer. I am disgusted and I hope she never does this to anyone else. Nobody does this to a bride unless they're heartless.

Bride's WORST NIGHTMARE. Paid Katelyn $4,500.00 to make me a custom wedding dress, only to be presented with a half finished dress that looked NOTHING like the beautiful sketch she showed me 2 days before my wedding. She had NO excuse and just said I'm sorry. She had 16 months to make this dress and probably started it a week or two before my wedding. DISGUSTING! Thankfully the ladies at Paparazzi went above and beyond to get me a beautiful dress overnighted and it was stunning. My wedding was so close to being ruined. Please don't make the same mistake I did. Absolutely horrifying experience.

I have had nothing but excellent experiences with them. Katelyn and her ladies are so nice and knowledgeable. My first experience was for my wedding. I had a terrible time before going there and they made the whole situation so much better. My gown came in the wrong size and I was freaking out. Katelyn was calm and explained how she could fix it as if it wasn't a problem. They were reasonably priced for such amazing quality. My gown fit perfectly after they were done with it and my moms dress did too. They helped make my wedding perfect and stress free. I have been back and will continue to go back. They have a customer for life. I recommend them to everyone I know.

They always provide great service. I have had many suits and pants altered here. It is always a great outcome. My wife has had a couple things fixed also. We are both returning customers. They usually always get it back to us quicker than expected. Thanks.

I have nothing but absolute positive things to say about Katelyn's Alterations! I have gone there for the past 4 dresses of mine and she has made every single one absolutely PERFECT for me. Katelyn's expertise is out of this world. She knows exactly what needs to be done, it's amazing. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Katelyn and her team have made my pageants and proms such an exciting experience. Not only have I had last minute alterations done in plenty of time, I get the best customer service every time. Katelyn has also custom-made a few skirts for me and they turned out better than I thought possible! I would highly recommend Katelyn's Alterations and Design to be apart of your prom, pageant, wedding, or even your casual attire. Katelyn and her team never cease to amaze me.
