I was very happy with my time here. The apartment was very clean and reasonably priced. The reason my rating is so low is that after being reasonably assured that the security deposit 'is almost always' refunded in full so long as it is 'generally clean', we were stripped of the entire deposit and told that we had an additional balance due. We objectively left the apartment in the same condition we found it. If we would have trashed it, we would have accepted the responsibility and paid without complaint. We didn't, and after contacting a few former residents, it appears that this is a very common complaint with Kenzi Estates.
