You will get better service at McD's. Not just rating it on 1 bad trip. from 4 in a row! It is my very favorite place to eat and everything I have EVER eaten from there was outstanding. Their waitresses however have been terrible. I had two curse at each other in front of my table before we even ordered our drinks because of "who's table it was" basically fighting for tips. The next trip they forget to put our order in and then when I asked why we had been there 45 minutes without a refill or our appetizer when the table next to us who sat down after us were waiting for their check after eating, she started bobbing her head back and forth like some ghetto teenager telling me if I have a problem take it up with her boss because they don't pay her to take attitude from any customers. Tried the endless shrimp and after my food was brought out we waited for 25 minutes with no refills or new varieties of shrimp to try and she came back saying that she was sorry that they were so busy reeking of cigarette smoke. I am disgusted with the whole experience when it costs my family of 3 over $50 for a meal.... The Managers all seemed very nice when we complained but have really gone down hill on picking servers. If a person can make 45K+ a year with no degree just waiting tables then they need to be good at it...not just buddies with someone that works there.

Now I am at the point... Should I eat at my favorite restaurant with my family? Or not patronize them with my money because they aren't worth the extra money you pay for leaving upset with being treated rudely. My vote is NO.

Been to other seafood restaurant and none has a lobster tail as good as RED LOBSTER, plus the shrimp cocktail is pretty good too

We love the shrimp fest, get in early, decents prices for quality food.

Its a wonderful place to eat the last time I went there which was on my birthday I absolutely loved it you definitively get your moneys worth plus if you can't eat it all take some home and enjoy it the next day like I did
