I think the drivers name was Mitch that came to help my family. We were stranded down by the river and an hour away from home our Yukon died. They showed up promptly and were very polite and helpful in getting us safely off of the road. Their customer service was fantastic!

I called Red's Roadside this morning to see how much it would be to tow my Blazer to have new tires put on. Two of my tires were flat. He not only towed my vehicle, he also called and got me a great price on better tires than I was going to buy. Josh saved me a good amount of money today! He was very personable as well as professional. Red's Roadside Assistance is my new go to for towing or any other roadside assistance I may need.
Kevin who actually towed the truck was here in no time and even took the time to let me know when he was just about here. He definitely knew what he was doing. Kevin was just as personable and professional as Josh.

Called on a Sunday he said he will pick my vehicle up the same day. I gave him my address and he never showed up or called back... very unprofessional...
