The owners are very polite and cordial UNTIL THEY GET THE DEPOSIT- in cash or wire transfer. Then THEY DON'T SHOW UP, using a myriad of excuses including broken equipment, "yes he's in town" to "I have been helping my relatives in in S.C. in the outer banks during the hurricane." When I asked for a refund - now it is "the check's in the mail" -"give me a few days for paperwork" and best yet, "due to my wife's pregnancy complications I have no phone service here unless I walk outside." DON'T USE THEM, DON'T GIVE THEM ANY MONEY. I have a Better Business Bureau complaint now to attempt to get my money back!!! They appear to be scammers.
