The staff at the Evansville Indiana location was absolutely wonderful today. I was looking for a pair of glasses for my 12 year old daughter and the staff did everything in power to help us find a pair that she liked and that our insurance would pay for. I called the store two times before I went there and both times they answered my questions and did it in a polite manner. When we arrived the staff was knowledgably and very friendly. They took the time to assure that my daughter got the pair of glasses that not only that she liked but also a pair that would fit her face correctly. They even went through drawers to find the perfect pair. The wait for the lenses to be fitted into the frames was very quick. They explained my insurance policies and their polices about the glasses in detail. I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend them to others!

Don't go to this place they are incompetent. I went in for a contact examine on a Saturday and they didn't have mine in stock which was ok. They said it would be a week so I said ok. I called back in a week and they told me that the dr. Didn't turn in their order forms so it will be another week.
