I have Lived at Western Hills for 6 years. I live in an upstairs unit on the Courtyard and love it. It is not big but it suits me fine. I did have a high utility bill a few times, but the reasonable rent more than made up for it. Cable and Wifi are included which saves me even more. Management is on the ball and helps when necessary.
