Provided by YP.comI've been a customer since they were Sigecom, long before Wow. They were wonderful to deal with up until the last year or so. My last three calls to customer service were a waste of time. They don't speak English. Their CS are rude. I learned they've moved this out of country. Just to remind them, Dell did that with horrendous results. The reps don't know what your problem is and place it entirely on your personal equipment to avoid dealing with the problem. I had to BUY brand new router and modem less than an year ago due to a problem - spent over $100 on good equipment, the same stuff they use - to avoid renting it. The CS today wanted to tell me since my connection (hardwired) was ok, randomly lagging speed is probably my new router's fault... but of course this is from the person in Timbuktu with no clue what the problem is. I was online with her a total of 3 minutes! I'd been having the problem for three days!
Horrible customer service from a once great company to do business with. I"m shopping, and you folks can go back way out west.

Provided by YPmobileI've been with WOW for three years all I have is internet within the last 4 mons. I've been behind on my bill because their rate jump 30 dollars I called them to let them know that I didn't get paid until the day after it was supposed to be shut off and avoid a reconnection fee of 22 dollars on top of my $70 bill for 15mbs and they refused to help even though I was paying it the very next day, I appreciate them allowing the bill to be a month behind but as I said I was going to pay it the next day. Come on you to over charge me for the service plus a 10 dollar late fee and a reconnect of 22. Then I called the other day to find out that my modem has been out dated for 6 mons. Thanks letting me know after the fact.

Provided by YP.comReturned cable boxes after 10 plus years of paying anywhere from $130-170 per month for cable service. Clerk was very rude literally ripped the AV cables from the equipment; with no welcome, no mention of my name, no thank you for loyal customer. Management needs to get on top of this.

Provided by YP.comWe have had wow for as long as they have provided service to our area, but we are looking into new provider. They can no longer provide accurate efficient service to their customers and quite frankly at almost $200/month I'm tired of the abuse. I would give them a zero rating but can't.
