Dealing with Robin St. Clair on a home purchase. Recently my father passed away and he wished his ashes be spread were he grew up in the UK. My mother flew over there to do just that, and while she was there she was involved in a car accident. Turns out there was no insurance on the other driver so she had to pay all damages... This is fair enough. With substantial losses she was no longer able to gift me the money I needed to help with the down payment and the bank would have to deny my loan. Embarrassed, We asked for mutual release which was promptly answered with a "no". So now we would have to issue the now En route Bank denial letter. Robin cant let this transaction go and wants to take us to task on our earnest money. We will have to take her to court even though she has no legal ground to keep our money. Just when you think you cant suffer enough things like this happen. I know losing the house is probably a blessing in disguise (Maybe my father played a role in this, i like to think so) The next step in the purchase of the "Skinner Hollow" home was a mold test because there is mold in the house, we were about to find out just what kind and how much..

It is my opinion that Robin St Clair of Allen realty is just out for your money. We WILL NOT let her keep ours on the principle.
