Provided by YPmobileI purchased a rebuilt alternator from this Napa location and it failed after A WEEK, which ended up costing me just over $500, including towing charges. The company Napa purchased the alternator from actually reimburse me for the towing and supplied another alternator but this Napa store did NOTHING to compensate me for the costly 4 day ordeal. They choose not to help for burnt fuses, maintenance costs or time lost. Nothing. As a matter of fact, they made money off me.
This owner of this Evansville Napa (who made this decision), also owns the Verona store. I will never step foot in either of these to two stores and I recommend you do the same.
