Just disappointed

I really dont recommend this hotel. Its a nice building but the customer service is very poor! Its awful! their management must not teach their staff how to be courteous or any customer service skills at all! The maids did a poor job at cleaning the rooms and even fixing the beds! They didnt even wipe down the table in the room. the staff had an "im better than you" attitude. None of the staff greets you or even smiles at you, they just stare at you with disgust. I give it a two thumbs down! If your looking for a nice hotel, do not choose this one..unless you want to be treated like crap.

Hmmm...lets see. I dont recommend it. Terrible customer service, terrible maid service, very rude, and racist. they used to have good customer service but doesnt look that way anymore.
