I know that the entry way to my cabin can be difficult when the weather is bad but Holton's of Evart will not come out when called when it is good. They wait 3-4 weeks after I call and then say they can't get in. Then send me fee of $119. in June 2016 when they didn't deliver any propane after I called for a fill in October 2015. This was the second winter with out propane. Holton's Evart manager does not care about small customers. I had much better service from Amerigas before they acquired Holton's and transferred my account to them, I will be finding a new propane service
