When i walked into this business i felt like a kid in a candy store. I dropped my Ingersoll Rand 1/2" drive impact wrench in for repair and the guy's here offered to sell me the parts and fix it myself or i could leave it with them to fix it. I left it to the professional to fix it. They had no problem with giving me the parts breakdown if i needed any parts in the future and wanted to fix it myself. I also had a drill that needed a new chuck and they replaced it for me while i waited and never charged me labor. I only need to pay for the chuck. As far as I'm concerned this place is the best.
