Melvin C. McDowell concentrates his practice in general litigation, including commercial and business cases. Melvin also has extensive experience in insurance defense, insurance subrogation, and personal injury defense litigation. Before commencing his legal career, Melvin served as a Revenue Officer with the Internal Revenue Service where he was awarded the IRS Special Achievement Award. He also served as an Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Navy.
