We offer full service janitorial, carpet cleaning, stone, tile and grout cleaning & sealing, pressure washing, stripping, waxing and buffing, window cleaning, construction final clean and non-slip floor treatments. We use truck mounts for carpet cleaning as well as stone, tile & grout cleaning. Micro-fiber wiping cloths, all green cleaning products, natural cleaning products, encapsulation carpet cleaning, penetrating stone sealers, graffiti removal, whirl-a-way surface cleaners for pressure washing, turbo nozzles for pressure washing, heated systems for pressure washing, slip *Buster Non-Slip Treatment for hard mineral surfaces. Service Area Snohomish County Arlington, Brier, Clearview, Darrington, Edmonds, Everett, Gold Bar, Granite Falls, Index, Lake Stevens, Lynnwood, Marysville, Mill Creek, Monroe..... Service Area King County-Algona, Auburn, Bellevue, Black Diamond, Bothell, Burien, Carnation, Clyde Hill, Des Moines, Duvall, Enumclaw, Federal Way, Hunts Point, Issaquah, Kent, Kirkland, Lake Forest Park, Medina All of our basic janitorial type estimates are free. Our slip*Buster Non-Slip Treatment estimates require a site visit, product demo and ASD slip meter testing on the surface and we usually charge a small fee of $35 to cover our time and travel costs. However, this fee is waived if you end up contracting with us to apply the slip*Buster Non-Slip Treatment or any other services we offer. Our service agreements will identify the period of time the contract is in effect, the contract price, tasks to be performed, cancellation clause, and invoicing & payment procedures. You will know right up front everything we are scheduled to do and how much it will cost. We will customize a program specifically suited to your needs whether you need carpet cleaning, move in or move out cleaning, post construction cleaning, deep cleaning, pressure washing or janitorial service on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
