Went in for a haircut for myself and my son, but had to wait about 10 minutes to even TALK to the gal working there because she was busy chatting on the phone at the same time as doing another clients hair. When she finally finished her conversation, she said that my son could get his hair cut, but it would be a while because there was another man waiting for the barber, but the barber wasn't even there. There are four other work stations in the salon, but is seems like no one else works there. She came over to her desk and extracted her schedule book from the mess of papers and piles strewn everywhere, and only THEN finally (15minutes by now) told me that she "didn't have time today." I said ok, that's all I needed to know. And as I left, I got the bonus snippy attitude and pissy face as she said "SOR-RY I'm BUSY sometimes." Don't worry sweetie, I won't be back to stress your schedule!

Very good cut. Exceptional prices. Her $40 cut is just as good as the $80 cut you can get around the corner at Dtudio Sonna - only without the pretense of a 'salon.' Only downside was the appointment times - I loved the attention, but didn't have the time to just hang out.

This is a new locally run salon in downtown Everett. I needed serious hair help and she was great about just taking over... which I told her to do. Alexandra's Salon is what Everett needs...it is clean,hip and supports local artist by displaying their work. Alexandra herself is a kick...very personable, professional, and a great one woman show. Just give it a try...the price is right, support local economy, and hey why not!!! You will not be disappointed!!
