I have typically gotten my refills at Safeway across the street. Every month I have trouble getting my perscriptions filled, either they don't have enough of one or another or they just don't have it and I have to wait until they get it in. Last time two things happened at Safeway first off they didn't have enough and I would have to wait since they refused to fill just a partial amount plus the pharmacy manager would not be in for another two days. The second thign that happened was they did not have another perscription that I needed to refill and rather than just ordering it from one of the other Safeways I had to drive over to another Safeway and have them refill it. I felt like I had had enough from Safeway and called Bartells who took care of me immediately. Not only did Bartell take care of me they stated that they would make sure that every month I would be able to have my medicine when needed since they would make sure that the amounts would be available to me. I want to thank Bartell's for being both professional and poliet. My business now goes through them exclusively.
