Mike and Jay were wonderful to work with in the sales and closing process. Mike was exceptional in his professional communication with me, which I really appreciated. I've been in customer service for over 30 years and I know exceptional customer service when I receive it. Jay was also fabulous to work with during the "dance" of negotiation. I live at the coast and all of the communication was over the internet and phone! I couldnt have asked for better service!!! My husband and I absolutely love our car and Adam (All of the staff really) were more than helpful !! Within a week I was able to pick up my car and it was the easiest car purchase I have made in a long time!!! Cant help but again to mention how helpful everyone in the store was!!!!!! :) Love my car!!!! Will buy the next one there again!!! (This is my 2nd car from Bayside I have purchased and the first was just as good!!!!! Im just Bias to this car ;)
