Had the absolute best experience with these guys. Really needed a water heater replacement installed the next day since I had a family friend and their kids staying with us for the weekend. They got the water heater installed under an hour. Everything was running great. The invoice got emailed to me fast too. If you need plumbers that can get the job done fast you need to call these guys at Big Sky.

Big sky water heaters saved me a TON of time and a TON of money. In requesting a quote with one of their customer service representatives and describing the problems I had endured with my water heater, they were not only able to diagnose the problem over the phone, but they didn't sell me on services I didn't need either. They were professional, kind, caring, and cost-effective. They were able to have one of their technicians dispatched to my house and were able to repair my water heater for a fraction of the cost other companies had previously quoted me. I am SO happy I called Big Sky Water Heaters. They make things so quick and painless and know their stuff! Thanks so much again Big Sky water heaters!

Painless and quick! I would 100% recommend the guys at Big Sky Plumbing. I walked out to a puddle under my hot water heater. Barry took my call on a Sunday. Asked me a series of questions then had me text over some photos. He was able to get back to me with a price for replacement and i set up an appointment for first thing Monday morning. The whole process was seamless and quick. I could not be more happy with the work was done and would absolutely use them again in the future.

Barry was not the cheapest bid I received, but he provided a level of detail to his bid and explanation of work that exceeded other plumbing companies. His extra effort to walk me through all aspects of his installation process was appreciated (lots of hand holding as this was a major project). He was able to installation my new Rinnai tankless water heater faster than anticipated and quickly scheduled follow-up for finish plumbing. Provided reliable guidance on my new tankless hot water heater through out the replacement process. As a smaller 1-man shop, I always dealt with just Barry and knew from bid to finish was going to be consistent (and he was easy to reach).
