Before I realized that you didn't have to go where your insurance company referred you, I had had a couple of fender benders (over the years) "fixed" at other establishments. This time I decided that I would look around and find a place that would fix it right - the first time. I live in Seattle - but my research and referrals from friends led me to Brien Motors Collision Center in Everett. Not only did they do a GREAT job (Looks like the day I bought it - inside and out) they gave me a written warranty for as long as I own the vehicle! Their staff was helpful and professional and dealt with all the details so I didn’t have to call my insurance company, arrange for a rental car, or deal with the woman who hit me. I dropped it off and picked it up when it was done and that was it! Simple.
