This car toys has the worst customer service skills, and will even lie about conversations to make themselves feel better about treating customers like a pos...I ended up taking back what I bought because they are terrible and I will never buy another thing from them...f car toys in everett...if you want good service, don't go there...

TERRIBLE - ZERO stars - Detailing Package

This place is awful. Customer service is terrible. They took FOREVER to do a basic detailing package on our car. We dropped off at 1100am and they didn't finish until 9pm. I completely regret buying their services even discounted through groupon. I HATE this place. Don't go!!!!

I first need to start off saying I will NEVER go back here, EVER!

I went in to get an alarm system for my '02 civic. I just needed something basic, the guy who showed me everything found one that would work for me, great! But then, when I went to make the appointment to get it installed, I told the cashier I would pay for everything, including the alarm itself the day I came in to get it installed. He sent me home with the system, which I thought was weird. When I went in to get it put in, the man that was ringing me told me everything had been paid for. Turns out, when the man that was making my appointment looked to see if I was eligible for financing, AFTER I told him know, he financed it and put it on a NEW credit card that I gave him NO authorization to open. After complaining to the manager they finally gave me the system for free. and closed the card for me. BUT then, I notice my door lock is not in my door anymore and is now IN my door. I called them and they said they had absolutely nothing to do with that. I call BULL! those things just dont fall in to the door.

I WILL NEVER GO BACK!
