This place is the slums. The only nice thing about it is that it is conveniently located next to everything in the South Everett ghetto. Other then that after living there 2 years the kind of loyalty they show you is raising your rent $210/month. It is like pulling teeth to get anyone from maintenance to do anything, and when they do TRY to "fix" things they end up putting holes in your walls or by the time they leave the thing they fixed is broken again. The management changes all the time, they went through 3 managers in the 2 years I was there, and each one was worse then the one before them, and they all add more stupid, and pointless rules(like no back in parking because it damages the buildings, but they refuse to post signs, then ticket your car anyway). The office staff is useless and none of them know what they are talking about. They refuse to return phone calls and are constantly coming into your house, yes they give the mandatory 48 hour written notice, but their "reasons" for entering are bogus. Mostly they are just checking up on you and snooping around. I have been out for almost 2 weeks and damn it feels so nice, but I haven't heard a word on my deposit yet... I have already called twice today and heard nothing back. The manager was "With a resident" when they transferred me to her, which sounds like a load of bull if you ask me, why would you take a call if you were already busy... DO NOT RENT HERE!!! I promise that you will regret it!
