(only submitting anonymously because I think Facebook stinks and don't use it, so I don't have a Facebook sign in required to "identify" myself on here) when we recently moved to the south end of Everett, I tried a cleaner near our new home (Sun Cleaners). they couldn't even take in the waist on a skirt of mine! other tasks for alterations I brought to them, it was always, "oh, no, too hard!" at Colby Cleaners, the owner always says, "can do!" and does excellent work. I have had waists taken in, hems shortened, zippers replaced, as well as dry cleaning, and have never been disappointed. he is worth the slight hassle of hauling my items all the way to downtown Everett on the bus. I would rather have superior service than the poor quality service that my now-local area Sun Cleaners provides! Colby Cleaners is worth the trip! Ann Washburn

I bought a $75 dollar shirt and after it was dry cleaned there were spots on the cuffs, it was not that noticeable and when I went in to get two more shirts dry cleaned when I got them back there were spots on 4 buttons and press marks where I would be embarrassed to wear them! Keep in mind these were brand new shirts I only wore one one time and the other was brand new. I'm out $125 dollars from these two new shirts that they ruined!!!!!
