We were looking for a specific color and quality of carpet. Bill and Terri, the owners, went above and beyond to help us get the exact specifications that we wanted. Both of them are extremely customer-oriented and have an exceptional high knowledge base of flooring. It was a delight to have their input and recommendations of circumstances that we would never have thought of. This is a fabulous business. Have no hesitation of going to their store and enjoying a great flooring experience. George and Anne Z.

I went here because of the reviews I read here. Thanks everyone who took the time to write a review because it really helped me in choosing a place to go buy my new carpet. It was a very good experience. You are right they are sooo nice at this store.

I was also referred by 2 different people (one was while I was in a big box store flooring section lol). They really know there stuff and guided me through some big decisions. I have already referred a lot of people to them. I even got a phone call the other day thanking me for the referrals! There warehouse is really big and full of lots of flooring products. I did not even have to wait for my flooring because I found it in stock (shaw laminate). Thanks you guys!

Completely Floored has been amazing. We have tried many places but these people are on top of there game. I had asked around where to get our flooring and 3 different people said to come to Compleltely floored (used to be called End of the Roll). So we came and we will never go anywhere else. Thank you Completely floored for everything! I was referred to this company by my builder and I am thankful that I went with you guys other than this place in Bothell that deals only with builders, they tried to hit me with asorbanent upgrade charges. I did not get any of that business with Completely Floored. If we build again, I will be back :)

I was recommend by a friend to End of the Roll however, I learned they changed their name to Completely Floored. I am very pleased with everything they have done for me. They went above and beyond what I expected. I did my whole house. Carpet, hardwood, tile and vinyl. The interior designer who is on staff helped my out SOOO much. She was awesome and gave me some great ideas and design concepts. They went above and beyond to find products within my price point. Thei only thing that went wrong was that a couple tiles came in broken which was certainly not their fault. They took care of it right away! This was a really big, complicated project. I spent about 3 months in and out of the store. I almost felt kind of sad that the experience was over. Thats how much I enjoyed working with them. .

I love this store! I have never met such nice people in my life. I have had some bad experiences with flooring stores in the past. I have multiple rentals and I feel I can call them at the drop of a hat and get things taken care of in a timely manner. There installers have been wonderful, the measure for free unlike Depot or Lowes where you have to pay a measuring fee (I really dont get that).

This is the 4th time working with the company. I keep coming back because I have never recieved service like this. I get the same level of service if I am getting a small piece of vinyl or the whole house of carpet I just did. You feel like you are a friend, There store is huge and the have so much in stock. They beat Lowes pricing even with the 99.00 whole house install special they were running!

Only 4 stars because some of the tile I ordered did not come as promised and then was damaged. When I finally did get my glass tiles - they were absolutely beautiful. Real nice folks, great selection of tile & carpet at reasonable prices. Very willing to let me take home carpet samples. We did self-install of both carpet & tile. Everything is really nice. I will shop there again.
