Provided by YP.comI have been taking all my animals here since 2015. They have been spot on with diagnosis and kind to my animals. I see other reviews that complain about prices but professional veterinary care is, well professional and is expensive. Lab fees and medication prices are out of the vet's control. I have used other vets and do not find the pricing out of line.

Provided by YP.comI took in my dog because He was bleeding out his nose. After getting a blood test
which can came out normal. Then some paste up his nose which stopped until
I got home then back for the second trip a little nose spray and sent home
with less money and no answers My Dog passed away the next day.

Provided by YP.comThese people I called because they were only one open on Saturday that I called. Soonest they could get me in was this morning. I asked twice and receive a very clear reply about how much an ear cleaning would be and that is all I needed because my dog was in pain. Well I show up the second they open today with the money I was told I needed for the visit. But because they gave me bad information I waited TWO days just dying to get in there and they wouldn't clean my dogs ears because I was $20 short. This place is unreal. I cannot believe they just turned me away. Do not take your animals here, they don't give a damn if they screw up, they just want your money. It's xmas and I am single dad. It was all I could do to come up with money for my dog. These people are robots.

Provided by YP.comI walked in covered with my dog's blood from her bleeding paw. Waited for FORTY minutes to be seen while the clinic wasn't busy and my dog shook in pain. WORST "emergency" clinic I've ever been to. Finally after 40 minutes of waiting to be seen I walked out and drove an extra 20 minutes to a further away emergency clinic that saw her right away. Couldn't have been more upset and disturbed about their lack of care and effort in seeing my dog quickly. You're better off driving a farther distance because you will be seen quicker literally anywhere else.

Provided by YP.comCalled tonight to ask a simple question and the lady who answered the phone was rude and interrupted me each time I tried to speak. Hey lady if you hate your job go find another one. It's not my fault you have to work at midnight which you apparently hate. Nothing I hate worse is a bi### when you call a business.

Provided by YP.comABSOLUTELY the WORST vet office I have seen yet! This place is in it for the money & ONLY the money... they do not care about the animals welfare whatsoever... If you have bottomless pockets & your wallet goes equally deep, then & only then can someone expect to see remotely decent care/service. Diamond vet has on numerous occasions that (I have personally witnessed) charged customers $100 to walk through the door only to tell them that there is no point in them even taking the time to look at the dog unless the person has at least $200-$600 dollars more , "and that's just for the tests; that doesn't include treatment." Then they REFUSE to give the customer back the $100 that they didn't even examine the dog for and the customer is left $100 further in the hole and their pet is no better off than before they walked in to Diamond vet and they don't even have any more advice even as to what is wrong with their pet, because Diamond vet won't even give them so much as an idea or guess as to what's wrong or if it is immediately life threatening (unlike almost every other vet usually does). What's even worse yet is that Diamond vet is the ONLY 24-hour emergency vet clinic in Everett area, next closest is in Lynnwood / Edmonds area. DIAMOND VET GETS TWO THUMBS & FOUR PAWS DOWN!!! :(

Provided by YP.comI have always had excellent service at Diamond. This last week when I had to put down my 14 year old German Mix dog, they were very understanding and caring. The knew she was in pain and treated her well. I have been to Diamond several times and have had no issues. I plan on taking my new dog
