Terrible service; poor workmanship; bad attitude.



Took my Nissan Rogue to Joe's for a routine windshield replacement, and ended up going almost 8 times for warranty after-repairs. They had everything done wrong: the weather strips linings around the windshield were all twisted, uneven and bulging; the glue was all over the frame. Wipers were originally installed swapped; had to fix it at the dealership. After several repair requests under warranty, I finally gave up and took it to Safelite. They fixed it in under an hour for almost the same cost like new. They even put in the OEM Nissan weather strips. I do not recommend this auto glass repair shop at all. Buyer beware!

Great customer service. I am very pleased with the product and professionalism of Joe and his crew. I would definitely recommend them for all your glass needs, it took less than 30 mins to replace my windshield. And you can't beat the price.
