I hate dentists, but i adore dr snare and all the gals that works there

I've sent many friends and family to Dr. Snare and her team. They are wonderful at working with your budget and timeline. They have expedited emergency care for my wife that had an impacted tooth. They are kind, caring and often funny, they are real people. They offer evening appointments so you don't have to take time off work. They are everything I've ever wanted in a dental office.

I had called and asked a simple question on how much something would cost and the receptionist at the time of my call was VERY rude and wouldn't even look to see how much it would be just for them to look at my tooth (wisdom) because of a possible infection she just told me "It needs to come out" I know this but I do not have insurance nor the money to do so as I explained to her and with no compassion or understanding she rudly said "When they start to go they need to go, so they need to come out" Still nothing So.. I hung up. I know they need to come out I'm not stupid! I just cannot afford it... I WILL NEVER CALL NOR SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT AT THIS DENTIST DUE TO VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
