First off, I'd like to say these guys are fast at what they do and are fairly friendly.. That being said. Know what your car needs before taking it to the. I recently brought my Honda Prelude in to have lots of work done on it. I get it back and only about half the things I asked to be fixed were actually done. I had fox my overheating issue myself because they didn't take the time to check it out properly. $900 for $300 job. Watch yourself.

Just got a sub and amp installed by these guys...AWESOME! VTR is the only place I take my Saab 9-2x, these guys are pros and you won't be disappointed :0)

I have been a customer of VTR's for years, and have yet to ever be dissapointed. The level of customer service is beyond superb and I always feel like family and well taken care of when I bring any of my vehicles to Wayne. He always takes the time to explain any questions that I have and has gone above and beyond to get the job done and satisfy the customer. I will continue to bring business to VTR and will tell any friend or family, or anyone looking for a great shop with great service and prices to bring their business to them. Anyone who would review anything other than an outstanding review, is obviously a person with ulterior motives and not an honest customer.

I've been taking business to VTR for years - they are the most trustworthy auto shop in the pacific Northwest. They are all true auto enthusiasts here and treat every car as if it was their own. They've worked on several of my cars and several of my referred friends and family members, all of which have left with nothing short of great service with every visit.

I have been going to VTR for the last 8 years and have gotten to know every person that has worked there. I have never found a shop that has been more willing to make the customer happy than VTR is. I cannot even begin to recall how many times they've stayed hours after they've closed to finish just my vehicle let alone the hundreds they see during a month. I have had them do work from a basic stereo install to a complete engine build and recommend them to anyone that is looking for a professional shop that puts there customers first.

The owner, Wayne, at VTR sold me a car stereo that did not work as advertised. He lied about the product and said it was new but out of the box. His installer told me it was actually a return from another customer. The product was defective and did not have the original parts. Wayne was very unprofessional in his conduct, (cursing at me an dropping the "F" bomb repeatedly). I would never do business with him and would urge others to do the same. There are plenty of other honest merchants that do a better job in the area than he did.
