Provided by YPmobileThe consumer service is horrible! The employees treat you badly, with no respect at all. They refuse to help you and charge you extra! We had to go to a different Metro PCS because the employee there was by her self with a lot of people and couldn't handle everything. But when our turn finally came she treated as bad and refused to activate our phone throwing the credit card at us and giving us attitude! But the Metro PCS in Lynnwood had nice service and everything was good.
